V britské se "nor do I" podle korpusu angličtiny používá častěji než "neither do I" a obě fráze zní stylisticky stejně. V Americe je to právě naopak - mají radši "neither do I."

Oboje se ale používají běžně. :)

This kind of social layering for language variation is completely normal, in every language. To call one mode "correct" would be wrong; appropriateness of speech or writing depends on the speaker/writer's aims, and their judgement of their relationship with their listener/reader (and of course on how accurate their judgement is). What's correct in one situation is often incorrect in another.

Takže je to spíše otázkou třídy či se to píše sarkasticky, ironicky nebo nějak tak prostě. A taky je to zastaralé.

"Nor do I." se nepoužívá a nepoužívalo nikdy. Pokud chcete odpovědět "ani já ne" - například na sdělení: "I don´t like fish." , použijete vždy "Neither do I."

"nor" se používá ve vazbě: ...neither...., nor...", např. Neither Mr. Smith nor Mrs. Jones came to the meeting. (Na jednání se nedostavil ani pan Smith ani paní Jonesová.)

Neither může být použito i samostatně, např. ve větě: Neither shirt suits me. (Ani jedna košile mi nesluší.)

P. S. Výslovnost neither může být dvojí a obojí je správně, a to buď (ˈniːðə) v americké výslovnosti nebo (naɪðə) - britská výslovnost.
